Hi, I'm Cindy from Marietta, GA this will be my 2nd D cruise & I'm so excited about the Dream!

I will be traveling with my DH Gary, DGS Jack (we're from GA), DD Christy, DSIL David & DGD Lorelei (from LV, NV). We will be in adjoining rooms 9502 & 9504.

Christy & I will be will be checking the DIS boards daily for any DREAMY ideas!

I booked a standard room at our favourite resort - Pop Century. I will probably be modifying our reservation once they release both the AAA/CAA rates and the annual passholder rates...but for now I just wanted the reservations booked. The Sun-Thurs rate for Pop Standard room was $92.25 and the Fri-Sat rates are $103.50.

Why wait until tomorrow...the reservation centre is open until 10 pm!!!! LOL

I am so excited that I can not stand it... We are going to wait until Christmas to tell our 14 year old daughter about this trip! We want it to be a huge surprize for her... she has been wanting to go on this cruise every since they named the ship!

I was wondering for all of you that have done 'Inaugural' cruises before... are there any special activites or events that happen on a special cruise like this? I heard from someone that Disney gives all passengers a 'special gift' like a inaugural pin or beach towels... just wondering if you all have experienced any thing special for being apart of a a exciting sailing like this!

Also looking for any ideas for the FE, that everyone is talking about? I want to be apart of all the exciting events on this cruise, but not sure what type of gifts or goodies are used.... thanks for ideas, suggestions?

I am SOOOO needing this cruise vacation! Bring it on!:wizard:

And can't wait to experience my first Disney cruise! I am looking forward to joining in on the FE fun and getting to know some of the DISboard members. My DH (David) and DD (Lorelei-2) and myself (Christy) will be joining my Mom (mama-cindy), Dad, & nephew for this wonderful experience.

My DH, DD, & I will be flying in from Las Vegas to meet up with my parents & nephew a few days before the cruise for some still to be determined pre-cruise fun in Orlando. This is going to be an awesome trip; the more I read about it the more excited I am getting.

Thanks for the well wishes for our "special" cruise!

I am sure the cruise will be sold out! I would doubt that their would be any room left. As a CM they usually offer the best deals to us but for this cruise they are offering no discounts whatsoever!

I hope this means that we get upgrades then!! Fingers crossed!!

Can't wait for the cruise!

Good Morning Cruisers....

Does anybody know what date we can book our onboard ressies? We're paid in full, but we'll be on the Wonder in October and I'm thinking that's around the right time to book on the Dream. I wonder if I can get ressies for Palo on the Dream while at Palo on the Wonder? Hmmm......

Our booking date will also depend on our Gold or Platinum status. Before getting onboard the Wonder we're Gold. When we get off the boat we'll be Platinum. So the booking dates are really going to be significant for us.
