How many people are on the March 4th, 2016 Disney Dream FE List? I am just wondering because my family and I are going to be booking our cruise last minute (about 3 weeks before) and I want to give gifts if I can get a list.

So I'll take the initiative and create the list and get the ball rolling. Do I just make an excel worksheet and will I be the one keeping up with adding and subtracting families?

You would be the center point, yes. Once you (you = as in "the group") feel there are enough rooms on the list, or time is running out, you can close the list. This allows everyone time to get their gifts together. Once the list is final, you can either post it directly on the cruise meet thread, or use a private conversation to get it to everyone (assuming everyone gets their 10 posts by then).

I'll also suggest a group meeting on embarkation day, to firm up room numbers. D Lounge at 3:00 is a good time (before muster and most people are onboard by then). FE organizers also usually post the list on their door for people who can't make the meeting, so they can get any room changes.

Conversations are nice for exchanging information among smaller groups, so that not everyone reading the boards can get sensitive (names/ages of children, for example) information. You can also converse with up to 20 people at a time, and don't have to post multiple times to exchange the information among the group.

For those who need to up their post count, we have a Test board:

Disney Dreamers!! We will be cruising very soon!! I am creating a Fish Extenders Group and I hope that we can get a few families and people to participate!! If you are interested in being apart of the #DisneyCruiseDreamers please leave the following information below.

Last question (I think) how do I start a private message?

Once you've completed your 10th post, there is a little lag before the system recognizes you've gotten there. Usually around 30-60 minutes. When it does, to start a conversation, you can do one of 3 things:
1. Click on a person's avatar that you wish to converse with, or;
2. Click on a person's username (underneath their avatar), or:
3. Hover over your username in the upper right.

Then, click on the "Start a conversation" link in the next little window that opens.

Again, both you and the person you are conversing with must have at least 10 posts.

One note, once you open the conversation, you can enter all the usernames that you wish to be able to participate in the conversation (of course, they, too, must have 10 posts).
