My two boys and 2 cousins are so excited to be going on this cruise. Can someone suggest some good FE gifts to share?

I have two boys ages 8 and 11 that will be with me. I will also have my little girl 9-year old cousin and my older (20-year old) girl cousin who will also be coming with me to help me with my kids. We are going on this trip to celebrate everyone's life. In February of this year, my youngest son had to have a trach placed to help him breath. He almost didn't make it, so this trip is to celebrate his life. My 9-year old cousin just received her first full set of hearing aids and we are taking her to celebrate her new life with being able to hear. My 20-year old cousin just got accepted to nursing school so that is a huge celebration as well for her new career. My older son has had to endure so much with being the brother of a special needs child and doing so with so much acceptence and happiness that this trip is to celebrate all of the time he has to handle life on his own while his brother and I have been in the hospital. I want my entire family to just enjoy every minute of this cruise so we really want to be a part of the FE program. Since my youngest son has a multitude of medical issues, he is unable to eat by mouth so please no food for him as he is tube fed. He loves Buzz, Woody and Mickey Mouse. My oldest's likes all of the Disney characters and my little cousin will love any of the princesses. We will be in stateroom 8090. Please let me know if you still need more information. Thanks!

HI, There is a lot to do on Castaway Cay. You do not have to do an excursion but we did do the stingray adventure last May and it was wonderful! We had a great time feeding them and then snorkeling around the lagoon for a while with them. I realize snorkeling isn't for everyone though.

You are going to have an amazing cruise!!! Lots to celebrate!

We like to just enjoy the beautiful beach all day without excursions. But that's just us.

Can someone tell me what roll call is?

Castaway is our favorite place to visit ever! We love the island and exploring it at our leisure. We do the package that includes float, snorkel gear, and bicycle rental. We only need 2 floats so I pixie dust the two people in line behind us with free floats. We bring our own snorkels/mask and just use their fins. This time we may use their masks as well. We discovered packing fins takes up a lot of space but have heard stories of people getting sick after using snorkel. We pick up snorkel gear and floats after picking our spot on the beach, that way we have them whenever we are ready to go out. We snorkel, float, relax, bike, eat whenever we feel like it for as long as they will let us stay.

Roll call is just a post where we list everyone that has posted on this thread that they are coming on the cruise. Gives an idea of who is coming at a glance. This can be nice for preplanning FE before official list or deciding on a meet up etc.

I got the PJs that I ordered for me, my mom, and my sis today. They are super cute. I also went ahead and made the door magnet (it is Mickey ears with a Santa hat).

I am taking my snorkel gear and am thinking about getting the bicycles and floats. Still haven't decided.

We plan to stay on ship while docked in Nassau, as I've been there 2 times already. Can't way to see Castaway Cay and the ship all decorated for Christmas!

P.S. I wanted to explain my screen name here in case anyone was wondering why I wasn't taking my daughter, Mandie. Mandie is actually my 3 year old Yorkie. She is my 4 legged daughter. I also have a 6 year old, 4 legged son (a bi-black Sheltie). *we don't have kids*

May I ask where you got your Mickey Ears Magnet? That one looks a lot better than the one I made. (I'll admit that I may have messed it up myself). Yours looks like one whole piece. Is it?
