Disney Dream category 4B vs 5B?

Can anyone please tell me the difference? They are both deck 8.

Size:
5B is a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah which is approx. 246 sq. ft., including verandah
4B is a Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah which is approx. 299 sq. ft., including verandah

The 4B will have enough space before the verandah doors and after the couch to add in either a chair or a murphy bed. The 5B does not have that extra space and may have cupboards in another part of the room.

Also the 4B has the roomy round shower with a huge rainfall shower head in the middle.
