Does anyone have any reviews or pictures that they could share? My husband would like to see what the view is like from the verandah.

Thanks.
Ana

Hoping to see something as well. Booked 6680 on the Fantasy and assume it's going to be nearly identical to the Dream.

Howdy,

I will have room 6680 for Podcast cruise 3.0. Looking foward to any further info or pix of the room! :):goodvibes

I plan to take lots of pictures and write a short review once I get back

Thank you!!! ;) We have the "sister" cabin 6188 in June and I've never seen pictures of 6188 ~ specifically the verandah! :thumbsup2

I really look forward to your pictures and then I'll flip them in my head so I'll have an idea of what ours will look like

Have a fantastic trip! :cool1:

I'll be sure to take lots of pictures of the verandah! :thumbsup2

Thanks so much! :wizard:

Sailed in 6680 this past weekend. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to take pictures (sailed without the kids and just didn't have the camera out much...sorry!) Verandah is standard size with two chairs and a small table. Our television wasn't working initially, but the cable box simply needed to be rebooted. The stateroom host was Maria from India. She seemed new, but she was fine. It's a connecting stateroom, but we didn't hear any noise from next door. There was a fair amount of vibration whenever the ship backed into Port, but nothing to distract from the cruise. We'd rebook in the same location.

I'm here! I'm here! I will post pictures tonight or tomorrow morning, I promise. Cabin #6680 was great! Now this was my first cruise so I don't have anything to compare it to but I'll try to answer any questions as best as possible. Below are some of my thoughts/opinions:

The balcony is a standard size balcony with two chairs and a small table. Plenty of room out there though for myself, DH and DS. The room was nice and clean and Maria from India was our hostess. She was lovely and in my opinion, did a great job. We had towel animals and chocolates every night on our bed. She even changed all of our sheets one night because my son had spilled a bit of his juice (it was tiny, we didn't even tell her but she saw it and changed everything). There is plenty of storage space in my opinion and all of our luggage + stroller fit underneath the bed so we had plenty of room. Everything was working properly so we didn't have any problems there. The only thing that kinda bothered me but I'm not sure if it's normal was a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom (where the toilet is). It wasn't terrible nor did it spread anywhere else in the room but you could def smell it when u stepped into the bathroom. Btw, having a split plan in those cabins was genius - my husband took the counter space of one and i took the other and it worked perfectly for us.

The location of the room, to me, was perfect. We didn't have to deal with the mid-ship elevators (is that the right term? the elevators by the atrium :-) )which was great because that was just crazy busy and the aft elevators were always empty. The elevators dropped u off right in front of Cabanas which of course leads to easy access to the pool, etc. You could def feel some motion specially when we were going to dock (mainly in Nassau) but I thought it was cool (some with sea sickness may not think that way though). I'm hoping to cruise again this year and I plan on booking this same room.

If you have any questions, please let me know!

Pics will come soon I promise!

Awesome pictures and I really appreciate you doing this!! I'm glad you guys had a great time as well and I'm even more excited! :cool1: BTW, your little guy is adorable! ;)

I have a confession and feel really bad, I noticed afterwards you were in 6680 and I thought it was 6688 since we have Aft, 6188 with an extended verandah. When I read your report that yours was normal or average I thought...hmm! My bad - but I still loved your pictures and report.

Thanks again and Happy New Year to you :cheer2:

HAHA - no worries!! Have a great cruise and enjoy your extended verandah - I imagine it is beautiful! :wizard:

Great pics! We are staying in cabin 6182 which looks to be same cabin but port side. Did the whitewall on the veranda block your view at all? Did you hear any late night noise from the clubs?
Glad you had a great trip!
