I sailed on the Dream in August. I usually sail on the Fantasy but the Dream had rates that were too good to pass up.
Honest review I like the Fantasy better. The Dream is basically the same but there are minor differences between the two.
My biggest problem was with my stateroom person. He cleaned the room but that's it nothing else. He did not put out the Castaway gifts on day one. I had to go down to the desk to get them delivered and that didn't happen for a few days. NO pirate night badans on pirate night. I went to the desk to tell them about it and they gave me two half bandanas. The guests on my floor who never sailed before were asking how to get Bandanas. I had to ask for towels and soap. It was so strange.

Certainly something you’d want to address in the survey if you haven’t filled it out yet…

Oh no!! That worries me … we are sailing on the Dream in December.
I’m sorry OP experienced this, but hopefully it’s a one off. We just got off the Dream a few weeks ago and our stateroom host was perfect per the usual.

I don't think you should worry at all about your sailing on the Dream based on this review. The only thing the OP mentions is their room host not being great. They've said nothing else related to the ship, their trip or the rest of the awesome cast members. We've sailed on all the ships and have enjoyed every cruise even when there is a minor hiccup like this person is describing.

Have a great time!

We sailed on the Dream in October. There were 6 adults total in 3 different staterooms and we had great service. Our room attendant for sure was amazing, he was always there cleaning things. I feel like every time I left the room I would come back to it being cleaned or any fresh towels waiting. We tipped extra we were so pleased. Our dining room servers were also AMAZING. Honestly we didn't have anything negative to say about the Dream and this was our 4th or 5th time sailing her.
