Disney Dream, April 4th-- 3 Day FE's

Hi All!

Thought it might just be easier to start a new thread--since we have some interest!

Not exactly sure how this works, , so if anyone is more familiar--just jump on in!!

I have 2 children--ages 6 (daughter) and 2 (son)! We will be in room 6592.

Looking forward to creating special surprises for everyone!!!

ALSO, JUST A NOTE-- THE CUT-OFF TO JOIN THE FE EXCHANGE IS MARCH 15th OR ONCE WE REACH A GROUP OF 15, whichever comes first!! We want to be able to give everyone ample time to plan and we don't want to make it too difficult to deliver all of the FE's. Thank you for your understanding!!!

THIS FE EXCHANGE IS CLOSED AS WE HAVE REACHED THE CAPACITY OF 15 STATEROOMS! However, if anyone else would like to participate--hopefully, this provides enough time to get a 2nd group started!

We're in too!!! We have one daughter who will be 10 at the time of sailing, but will be 11 a week after the cruise so we're considering this her birthday.

We booked a navigator's verandah guarantee rate so we don't have our room number yet, but I'll update it here as soon as we find out.

Ordered my fish extender last night and I can't wait to see it!!! The girl I ordered from is SUPER nice and the design is cute!!!

Here's what ours will look like, I just keep praying that we will get our stateroom number soon so I can post it here:

I was wondering this too! I've been researching and it looks like the average is 45 days before the cruise, however some people had to wait until they boarded the ship! (I'm too excited to wait that long! haha)

I'm hoping since our ship isn't listed on the Disney cruise site anymore that it means its booked solid and that the room numbers will be sent out soon. That may be wishful thinking though.

Lets keep our fingers crossed!!

I'll have my cell phone and am willing to exchange mobile numbers if some of us don't have our staterooms assigned before boarding. My biggest concern is making sure we know the count for participants in time to make/get the FE gifts! Btw, my DD's name is Madeline and I'm Stacey.

I don't know if this is something we would want to do or not--but I've been reading on some of the other threads that they set a deadline so that everyone has time to prepare the correct amount of FE's for everyone.

What do you all think?

That's probably a good idea.

Good call (no pun intended)! We will actually be arriving in Orlando March 29th so I was planning on logging on here from my phone if we don't get our room number before we leave.

March 15 sounds good to me. That way we will get an accurate count and those of us who are not talented in the craft department will still have time to find something!!

This is our first cruise and I'm surprising my dd. We will be in FL the entire week prior at my parents and then driving to Port Canaveral the morning of departure.

I think that's a good cutoff date. Gives a good crunch time window to get everything done.

Ok, great! I'll edit the first message and the date to it...

This is our first cruise, too--although the kids know! We're actually going with my parents, my sister, nephew--and then my family! Should be a lot of fun! We're arriving in FL on 3/31 and going to WDW for a couple days. 3/31 is my daughter's 6th birthday! So excited!!

Just booked the cruise today. DH and DS1(24) and DS2 (18) coming too. Last year, we took our first DCL on Wonder to Mexico and I nearly "killed" myself overplanning my FE gifts and making the actual FE. Now that I have the props and will try to control myself, I love the fun of the FE.

Haha! I'm so scared I am going to do the same thing!

I have a pretty good idea, I think, for the adults! Now, on to planning the kiddos!

At least we still have a decent amount of time to get things done!
