Disney Dream 9/29/2011 3night

The good news is that DCL decided NOT to change the current policy about bringing wine and liquor onboard. It's still OKAY to bring it for now.

No doubt they will change it in the future.

The current (now gone) Straw Market was only supposed to be temporary as it was. If it's not enclosed, it's hard to keep it standing during a tropical storm. :sad2:

I haven't exactly started packing yet, but I have been setting things aside bit by bit. You'd think I'd have this down pat by now.:confused3

TOP!!!!! Sorry Garry........snicker snicker snicker.......

say what?????

I have been awol, when this this happen, is it true?????

As Justmestace said, they changed the policy to 1 bottle per person but recinded it shortly after it became public... I'm not sure who is responsible for the change back but I know that there was a very active thread last week and many dis'ers sent emails to DCL (me included).. Great news for us- looking forward to "happy hour" before dinner on the veranda..

Gee, I have fresh key limes on the treee....that's what we use....:p

Couldn't help myself....:goodvibes

Now I'm really jealous of you....having a key lime tree in your yard. I like using them too for a pie - but those little suckers take a while to juice. DD doesn't like pies made with the fresh limes, she prefers the bottled juice since the taste is more consistant.

Garry.....sounds like you can get a pie made. :upsidedow

Do you have a ponderosa lemon tree too? OMG...those are the best. My dad used to bring them home in his suitcase, one of his clients had a tree in their yard.

not sure if anyone knows or cares you can watch the Dream sail in and out live on cam follow this link: portcanaveralwebcam(dot)com/ enjoy (I'M Sailing on Dec 15,2011)

Tonight will be my first attempt at making some magnets! Wish me luck!
Then tomorrow off to buy some FE gifts!!!

No lemon, honyebell tangelo, mercot tangerine and temple orange. Plus a coffee tree right now. Others have come and gone do to storms....

Thanks to you both for the update.

I realized after I printed out some stuff to make magnets, that the hubby had the new pack of laminating sheets in the back of the car he had had work.

UGH! So annoying. I was in such a groove, I wanted to get them finished.

They aren't perfect, but for my first foray into magnet making, I think they will do.

OUR MAGNETS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON THE CEILING IF IT HADN'T BEEN FOR OUR SONS!!!:headache:

Okay, wait, that didn't sound right.

That would be MY son, Garry's son, and another friend's son. All the families were cruising together.

I totally understand wanting to get the done when you're on a roll!

If YOU like them, then they are PERFECT!

Mine this time probably aren't as "artistic" as I've done in the past, but I like them!

I had the laminating sheets out, and then got lazy and didn't laminate them. I did most of mine on photo paper and just did the stick-on magnets. I have one that's on regular magnet paper, but that was my last sheet and I didn't feel like stopping and running to Office Max. ;)
