DISNEY DREAM 5-nights May 29th, 2011

We decided to cancel this cruise on the Disney Dream. :sad1: We just returned from 4-nights on the Wonder and it was just way too short when compared to our past cruises. We transferred our on-board reservation over to another 4-night cruise without the kids to celebrate our 20th anniversary, but we're going to wait until one of the new ships offers a 7-night cruise for our next family cruise.

We were looking forward to experiencing the new ship, but just want a little bit more time onboard to enjoy it.

Have fun everyone!

Sorry to lose you... enjoy your anniv cruise on the wonder.

Thanks. The anniversary cruise should be quite relaxing! It was a tough decision to cancel this cruise, but a week at BLT for Star Wars weekends next year should more than satisfy the boy's disappointment at deferring their next DCL cruise.

Hey Everyone!
Will will be on the Dream with U:goodvibes all in 2011!

DS-Austin -9
DS- AJ- 6
DD- Alexa- 4

cabins-- 8641, 8141
We have early dining now but not sure we're keeping it, last cruise was so hard to get ready in time!
Can't wait to hear the first reports from the first cruisers on the Dream!!!

Hi, DH and I are doing the double dip too. We have B2B booked, 3 day May 26th, than this 5 day for our 40th anniversary, 3 times to go to CC:banana: this is awesome we love CC never done the Bahama's but 3 days is just not long enough but with the 5 we get 8 nights, a little longer than our Western Carribbean I am so looking forward to this. I need the distraction of planning because I also hope to say on this cruise that I am celebrating Breast Cancer free for one year (right now fighting to get rid of it) so keeping a positive attitude to make it to my douple dip "Dream" cruise.

We just got out Welcome Back to Disney Cruise Line documents today with all the 'tips' and information on our booking window. I know it's still over a year away but getting that in todays mail was VERY exciting!!!

Hi everyone we just put a hold on this cruise tonight. We are holding a 8C room and I am wondering how much some of you got your cruise for? There are four of us 2Adults and 2Children. I know we are a little late in the game for booking but we just decided today to see how much it would cost instead of waiting untill 2012. I didn't get my first choices and we are stuck with late dinning and a GTY room. We haven't experianced either of these before so we will see what happens.

Well I booked DD and I on the first day and we are in a Cat 11 C maybe?? One of the virtual porthole rooms.....:cool1: Can not wait too see them. We are on Deck 7. It was $1500 for the two of us. :goodvibes Now my Best friend booked late...almost shut out, but got a guarantee top cat Oceanview and for her and two kids it was $2800.....So she wished she would have grabbed her room when I did.... This ship is filling fast so prices will probably just creep up and most rooms left are the expensive ones...

Still if you got an 8C guarantee I say keep it! It will be totally worth it! I can not wait too see the new ship. I have not sailed Disney since 2005...Missed it so much....Love Royal Caribbean too, but Disney is just the best.

Welcome!:grouphug:

we are doing this cruise and the one beofre it (5/26 sailing) for an 8 nighter. this will be our first B2B...it seemed like a nobrainer- 2 cruises but only having to pay for R/T airfare once. plus i'm convinced that 5 nights just won't be enough. i'm sure 50 nights wouldn't be enough either!

anyway, we are a family of five......in cabin 6668, family OV/cat 8D
