Disney Dream 4 Night Bahamas Cruise May 29, 2017

We have already started making list of possibilities to make for this cruise. Waiting to see how many people join but are anxious to get started. Very sad about the magnets for the door. Still have all of ours and was so excited to take them off the frig and put them on the door but I understand that nothing will stick to those doors... Some kind of wood overlay or something? Sad that the gifts unlimited place can't send anything to the cabins either. We did that last time...but the cruise is still going to be fabulous!!!!! Last time we went, last day of the cruise dh won bingo... $3400.00. Know they asked him if he wanted to take it in ship credit or cash? LOL

Concierge doors have a wood veneer. You can use heavier magnets (neodymium) on them.

You can get them at Home Depot or Lowes. Or most hardware stores.

LOL I hope he said cash! Or he could have used it as a really nice down payment on your next cruise!
So wait a minute, do you mean to tell me the doors arent magnetic and we cant hang things on them anymore??
I have already been eyeing a really cool graduation Mickey ears set to put on our door to celebrate my oldest daughter's high school graduation.

From what I understand the door we had last time was all metal. This time we went up a notch to the concierge floor and the doors there have a wooden veneer on them so regular magnets won't stick. Thanks to our resident Princess I ordered the magnets she said would work. I will put them on the backs of the magnets we already have so they will stick. Had I not been so pumped over it I wouldn't have ordered them, would have seen where she added they could be bought at Home Depot or Lowes.. lol

OK... how is that for a start? LOL DH had bought me an embroidery machine that had the Disney stuff on it and we purchased other Disney things for the machine. I tried to thread the needle and couldn't even see the needle, much less the eye to thread. So he threaded it... then he got carried away. The man made that fish extender and made them for the other 3 cabins we had with us in our group.

I just about can't stand it... is it 2017 yet???
