Disney Dooney repairs

Has anyone had this problem with haunted mansion bag?

No other problems. Had the bag a year and a half.

Just wondering what the approximate cost would be to repair it, if possible.

I have not had the problem but have read reports that that particular one had issues. I have a haunted mansion bag but not that one. If you registered it when you got it, there is a chance Dooney will repair it but I'm not sure.
