I was proud of him too about the queue.

Last Sunday night hoopla wasn't broadcasted from the Idol screen and he cried after they sent us away from there. Last night a cm came out and told us they were having technical difficulties and didn't know if it would cut out midshow or not. So we had to prepare him that maybe he would see the show and maybe not. Thankfully, the screen worked the whole time, but was a little fuzzier than normal.

We also got to me Irish_dancer at the Hoopla! She said she would have had one in tears too if it would have stopped midway.

I love the Schmolland post. I have a friend who has special need 3 year old twins and I am going to share that with her. It is a great way to explain it.


How wonderful of Anakin that he was patient enough to deal with heat and understand about the line.

I like the Schmolland post too! There is also a Holland one which I think came first, but the Schmolland fits us a bit better. I'm sure your friend will appreciate it.

I will definately check the car to make sure the stroller's inside before I pull out of the driveway! He needed it tonight at the grocery store. That and Walmart bring out his Mr. Hyde side from the lights.

She did like it a lot!! I think her girls just turned 4, my mistake. They have been to Disneyland but they are planning their first trip to WDW.

Schmolland is a place we live continuously. Many times we forget we are here because things begin to go well, but there is usually something that will remind us.

It was very cute, the maps were bigger but the whole thing could fit in a purse. Probably wouldn't fit in a hipster.

You know, I was mortified at the entrance. So so so embarrassed that he sat there criss cross applesauce, blocking other people, and not uttering one word. And that's what I was worried about, what are people thinking.

The Mickey Mail? As soon as you book your next vacation!! hint, hint.

I know you had your once in a life time dream trip to Disney, but I sure hope at some point there is a second chance to relive the magic trip!

We're back from our trip and I'm trying to get caught up on all of my subscriptions. I'm glad that Anakin was able to stick with the day in the park so that he could enjoy the Star Wars Weekend despite the heat. I'm sure that it was hard on him but he handled it pretty darn well.

I am so sorry to read of the trouble without the W/C...I can totally sympathize, I have been in similar circumstances, although Lisa just walks till she nearly passes out. I am happy you were able to have some fun though and I can't wait until you can post the pics. I KNOW you are proud and you should be!!!

You sure don't need Lisa passing out! I know I will be more aware of checking for the w/c before we head out to our destination.

We are trying to teach him to make the best of the situation. He got to ride the tram twice which is a treat for him! Though someone on the tram made the mistake of asking him a Star Wars Weekend question and he talked their ear off. Now that person knows EVERYTHING about SWW. LOL.

I am proud of him! His administrator entered his grades for Bright Futures (the Bible classes, church history, etc do not count towards the Bright Futures scholarship.) His GPA for Bright Futures was 4.16, thanks to the honor classes he took!!!! So he will get that scholarship! If he would have done better on his SAT he would have a free ride, but he didn't score high enough, so he gets the next scholarship down. It should pay about 70% of his tuition, at least that's what it did in the past, I think now it pays so many dollars per credit hour! If all goes as planned, he will carry no debt once he graduates!

This is the last weekend for Star Wars Weekends! Rain is in the forcast for today, as it's been the last couple days. Praying the weather cooperates for everyone at SWW. If it has to continue raining, I hope it does so during the night.

Grumpy is enjoying his graduation present, the fishing. He has his work cut out for he and his grandfather. Lots of people were invited to the fish fry. Yesterday they only caught a huge catfish.
