Disney Dolls

Has anyone got the Disney Favorite Girl Dolls and if so what did you think about the quality of them? Thanks.

Yes, I got them for my girls, 7 & 9, for Christmas and they love them. They are very nice, similar to American Girl dolls. My duaghter even took hers out to dinner with us last night - she even had her own seat - and the waitress commented on how nice her doll was.

DD got the brunette one for Christmas. The doll itself is OK, but the hair is a mess! It is supposed to look crimped, but it just looks coarse and frizzy. You couldn't get a brush through it if you tried. DD also is kind of creeped out by it because the doll's eyes don't close when you lay it down. Consequently, she hasn't played with it much, especially since Santa also brought Marisol. I only bought it for her because it was on sale, so it was only $29 + shipping. I wound up only paying half of that, though, because they made a mistake and sent the blonde doll, and when I called, they said to go ahead and keep the blonde doll and they would send the brunette. A friend decided she wanted to blonde doll for her DD, so she split the cost with me. So, it didn't cost me much, but if I had to do it over again, I probably wouldn't have purchased it.

I agree!!! They need to do something for the poor dolls' hair.

I just received ours today, I got them at the $15.99 price. They seem pretty good, but I'm glad I didn't pay full price for them. The real answer will be when I give them to our dd's and see how they like them!

It is cute but the hair has issues already. A nice doll, but she also got Elizabeth from AG. The quality is so much getter on AG and aG are beautiful dolls! I was amazed by how it looked in the box even before dD got it from santa.
