Can these be bought at the Disney stores here in Canada? Can any Disney dollar be used at DL and WDW? Are they in CDN or US funds or do you have to ask for one or the other? Is there a fee for these?

For sale only in the USA. They are equal to US $. There is no fee. They can be used at either DL or WDW.
