Can you use disney dollars at the carts that sell snacks and beveridges?

Yes.

There are a few kiosks (I am sure about some in Epcot World Showcase that sell coffee) that are run by an outside company. I am not sure they will accept Disney dollars but they might. Most of the carts and kiosks will definitely accept them.

I can't guarantee that all of them will take them, but I was able to do it.

I know I try to use my Disney Visa CC outside the lil Mermaid cart they say only cash
