I thought I heard you could, but can't say for sure. But maybe you could order them from a store with a CC too?? Maybe worth a try to find a store and call them

I'm not sure if you can buy the Disney dollars online but I do know you can get them at any of the Disney Resorts. We always get the kids their Disney dollars from the concierge desk on the first day. it doesn't cost a thing...and the kids love it!
