Disney dollars question

Where can I buy Disney dollars on the internet or over the phone? I am going to use them in how I am surprise my kids with our upcoming trip.

As far as I know, you can't. You could go to disneyshopping.com and get gift cards. I'll be in Disneyland this Sat-Wed if you want me to pick up the disney dollars for you--send me a pm if you do.

You can get Disney Dollars at any Disney retail store.

Another option is to have them as "Tinkerbell gifts" left for them in the room.
You can buy Disney Dollars in the park on Main Street (in the Emporium).

Neat little tip.. instead of getting slammed with ATM fees, buy Disney Dollars with your credit card (fee free, it's considered a purchase). If you keep your receipt, you can exchange the dollars into cash.

ohhhhh, just remembered. You can buy a Disneyland gift card online, same site as passes.
Can't use them for carts (though some carts now take cards), but they will work at all other locations in the park.

We got our girls gift cards the last two times we were there and they were so excited to have their own "credit cards"! The last time I even got online and let them pick out their own "credit cards". They were so excited when they came in the mail a few days later. And it's easier to keep track of instead of several peices of paper.

When we took DD in June, I made some "Disney Dollars" on the computer . She earned them by cleaning her room, picking up her clothes and various other tasks before our trip. When we arrived in WDW, I immediately purchased the real Disney Dollars in the amount she had earned. She loved carrying around the fake ones and counting how many she had earned. She had a lot of fun and her chores got done too!!! We are planning on doing this again for our upcoming December trip.

Do they have the gift card at the Disney store too? I got a $20.00 with the costco package and it would be cool to get one more and give one to each kid!

i believe the dog in the avatar was 'crowned' ugliest dog in the world, but he is so beautiful!!
