Disney Dollars on the ship?

I purchased some Disney Dollars last week and the cashier said that they can't be used on the ship as everything is charged to your KTTW card.

Can we use the DD when we cash out?

you can put them down on your account in the beginning or use them to pay off your account in the end. All purchases (even in the ship stores ) have to be charged to your card. The only time you can use cash is for tips to room service (maybe at the bar too?)

yup, Ann Morin is correct. Everything gets charged to your KTTW, and then you can pay towards that with the Disney Dollars you have purchased.

and those disney dollars is what is going to let us walk off the ship without owing much on our credit card
