Disney Dollars in restaurants

Does anyone use Disney Dollars to pay for meals? I've been getting them for the kids and plan to use some for restaurants, but if it's not a good thing to do, I'll plan for that.

You can use Disney Dollars anywhere in DisneyWorld with no problems!

You can tip in DDs as well. The CMs will just exchange them with regular dollars. We've paid our meal including tips many times with DDs.
