My husband found this in a box in our basement, still crisp from a Disney World trip back in 1990 when he was a kid. Obviously, it's a collectible for us now but are these still given out or accepted at the park?

Wow what a great memory.
Because they never expire you can still use them in the parks and you local Disney store.

You may want to try and sell it on ebay first. Older Disney Dollars sometimes sell for over face value
