Disney Dollar - Where can be used?

I was at Disney last year and my daughter had some dolllars to spend at the parks.

We still have some left over and I would like to purchase more for future trips.

Can they be used at the Pop Century resort, downtown disney, etc?

They can be used almost anywhere on Disney Property.

I think that you should be able to use them anywhere. However, on two out of three occassions when I tried to use them, the CM didn't know how to process them. One time was at pin kiosk at the Polynesian and the other time was at CBR's food court. The food court CM eventually got a manager to help her, but the pin kiosk CM couldnt' help me.
