Vacationed during the 3rd week of June and was very pleased with the accommodation. The Villa is owned by a British couple and they use a local management team.
They advertised it as clean and it was! My wife is a clean nut and she was very pleased. The villa is a 4 bed 3 bath with a master and a queen ensuite and two twins sharing a common Bath.
The pool with built in spa was well kept. My wife was pleased that the back yard was enclosed by a 6 foot stockade fence. They had plenty of pool toys, video games and a good selection of paperback best sellers.
The kitchen was well stocked. A very expensive super market is on the way to and from the park and can be accessed without crossing 192. There is a Publix a couple of miles away however.
About the only negative I would say is that the TVs could be upgraded.
For 9 nights the tab was $1200 USD a security deposit of $300 was returned promptly. Both transactions were done by pay pay and were my first transaction using that painless service. Getting to the parks was a breeze
and the Villa was easy to find. I will be glad to answer any questions.
