Disney Dinning Plan - Signature meal

Thinking about doing one signature meal (requiring two TS credits). Which would you choose?

California Grill! Great food, awesome view of Wishes! and wonderful servers.

We choose Jiko each trip as our one signature meal. Just a great place.

Flying Fish would be my first pick..

with Jiko and Yachtsman Steakhouse very good choices, too.

We're doing CRT breakfast only because it will be my birthday and I really wanted to. If we weren't doing that I would certainly say California Grille. If I recall correctly, even their coffee was fantastic.
