Disney Dining Scout recurring charge

Does anyone know when Disney Dining Scout is going to put up their cancellation link? I know someone had asked them and they said within the next few days...but it's been over a week and they've been in business since March I think?
It says under their terms that they will charge your credit card again for another 6 or 12 months unless you cancel but there is no cancellation link. Others have been asking and I was wondering if anyone has gotten an answer from Disney Dining Scout?
 
I would just request a new debit/credit card. They can't charge it if you have a new number. Its a pain to do it, but its a guaranteed way to stop recurring charges. I would also send an email to DDS stating there is no cancellation link on their site and demand that they stop the recurring billing. If they don't, take a copy of the sent email to your bank and do a charge back.
 
My scout says: Subscription Expires: Mon. Nov. 02, 2015. So does that mean it just ends then? I didn't know it automatically renews - I don't remember it saying anything about that. But you're right there is no cancellation button.

This is what I did. Emailed them saying to cancel it and that they did not have a way to cancel it on their website. I saved a copy of it and will just forward to cc company if there's an issue.

Edited to add: I canceled because I have gotten everything that I wanted and no longer needed it. In case someone was on the fence on whether or not to try it, it worked well for me. And as my dates got closer, I was getting more notifications about openings.

Someone on the DIS emailed them about the cancellation link and they said they "totally forgot to add one and should have one up in the next few days." But they still haven't added one.
 
that's just sketchy in general. I would be ticked off especially since these sites are sketchy in general. I don't even like having my credit card on spotify reoccurring but it's the easiest way to stream music throughout my home and when on the road, let alone a company that just popped up.

It's probably not a coincidence that they are "forgetting" to add a cancel link. No link equals more cash. :rolleyes1
 
I wouldn't assume that didn't get one. They just might not be complying as quickly. No way to really know.
 
Disney Dining Scout has officially been shut down. So we don't have to worry about canceling our account - they're done.

Welp, it was fun while it lasted! Guess I'll go back to being borderline obsessed and refreshing the site every 20 mins for my December trip. It was nice not having to worry about it every day.
 
Scout helped me so much with my November reservations. It was definitely worth the price!!
 
Ugh...they helped me get a few ressies. Still watching daily for our upcomong trip. Really it shouldnt be this difficult to get a ressie!
