I have upgraded from QS to the DDP because we love food. Can I ask, if you had to choose ONE table service, ONE quick service, and ONE snack, what would they be?

QS: Captain Cook's and Backlot Express
Snack: Spring roll cart/anything cheesecake or peanut butter related that I can find.
To be fair I'm not a huge snack person. I much rather just eat a meal and then grab something to drink between meals.
And for some reason when I go in the summer I can easily go a while between eating.

I love food but always struggled to use up the allocation as after a few days I got tired of eating so much. We usually ended up putting 2 table credits towards California Grill, Flying Fish,Jiko Narcoossees but then realised it was cheaper to not get DDP at all and that led us to buying DVC as free dining not so important
I don’t think there are many really good 1 credit restaurants, maybe Shiki Sai
As for quick service, that depends which park or resort you are at, Satuli canteen is a solid choice in AK, nothing good in MK, Docking Bay 7 at HS and lots of choice at EP
Snacks, hopefully there is an EP festival on for you as they are best value

TS - Sanaa but as you said that already, we really enjoyed La Hacienda and also Chefs de France in Epcot
QS - Satuli canteen or flame tree bbq (both AK)
Snack - colossal cinnamon roll at AK to share for breakfast or some kind of frappe I’d never by OOP

Polite Pig in Disney Springs for SURE! Go with the Butcher Board for two and you'll get a whole entire PLATTER of meat and you can pick any two sides PLUS two drinks - including fancy cocktails! Best part is, you can eat in and it becomes table service in a nice restaurant!

Definitely recommend - it does cost two QS credits but is enough food for two people, so well spent IMO! Our bill would have come to $70 excluding tip!

Someone posted earlier and I agree that we always seemed to have too many credits so ended up combining 2 TS for signature dining. California Grill always top for that . However if you do that then it seriously detracts from the value of the DDP.

TS. Double figure visits to Sanaa but it has gone downhill in last few years with the choices and quality. So I'd go for Raglan Road. Every trip we seem to go there and it rarely lets us down. Also it's great value on the DDP but it's one of the more expensive, if paying out of pocket.

QS - take a trip on the skyliner to Riviera for Primo Piatto. It's almost a TS. Proper plates and cutlery plus some excellent food choices. In theme park - echoing Sauli Canteen in AK. Shockingly good for a theme park QS. Great theming as well.

Snack - The school bread in Norway is so morish and I'm not even a huge fan of coconut. We always get a dole whip but find them really overated. I'm sure we'll get one next time as well though....

We're not long back having upgraded from QSDP to DDP for our stay at CBR. We just love being so close to the Skyliner.

TS - we again enjoyed Steakhouse 71 and Turf Club at SSR after having given it a miss for a few years. We managed to get a reservation at Crystal Palace at the changeover from breakfast to lunch so managed both. Excellent! We were there from the start of free dining and at that point Cali Grill weren't yet offering Dining Plan. Don't know if it's been added now but think perhaps not. We went to Jiko instead and enjoyed our meal and experience never having eaten there before. We also loved Skipper Canteen at MK.

QS - Echo others who have said Primo Piatti at Riviera and also Satuli Canteen at AK. A new experience for us was QS breakfast at Sanaa. You order at the bar, choose a table and freshly cooked food is brought to your table on proper plates and cutlery. The food was fantastic and the visitors to your window while you eat are brilliant. Our absolute favourite QS breakfast and pretty quiet too. You can use your mugs for coffee or tea but no options for soda.

Snack - lots of choice depending on where you are. Schola Bread in Norway, cookie sandwich at Trolley Stop Cafe in HS, giant cinnamon roll at AK and also cinnamon roll at Gaston's in MK. Too many to list really.

Agreed. If I went on a solo trip, I’m pretty sure I could spend a whole week just eating snacks. No table service needed.

TS - any of the character meals that are 1 credit. My kids are still young & like the character meals and find we get more value for the credit with these.

QS -Docking Bay Food & Cargo, Yak & Yeti Cafe or Columbia Harbor House

Snack - Gaston's Cinnamon Roll (MK), Funnel Cake with ice cream (HS), Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich (AK) and any festival / food & wine booth (Epcot). A lot in party like getting the largest Starbucks drink they can in the morning though!

Amorette's in Disney Springs has some wonderful desserts for a snack credit. Our favorite QS credit use is at Polite Pig. We have a fav QS and TS in each of the parks...but if just one DS9 would pipck Garden Grill in Epcot. His parents would pick 1900 Park Fare for dinner. Value-wise Hollywood and Vine with the Fantasmic seating voucher is great!

We love the DDP for adults trips for the alcohol included in the meal. I do enjoy "gaming" the system to get the most bang for my buck, but these we found to be excellent food and drinks/value for the DDP.

CRT dinner -- 2 TS credits, but tip is included. We have LOVED our meal there, and if you go during fireworks, it's a very cool experience to see them set off from behind the castle. Drinks and dessert were excellent, also. Good wine list to choose from.

Wailulu Bar and Grill lunch -- 1 TS. Expensive lunch with a drink we normally wouldn't spend as much on to go there paying cash, BUT the food was excellent, view phenomenal, and it was a great value for the DDP, IMO. Great vibe and fireworks views from the seats if you do dinner there.

Topolinos breakfast -- 1 TS. Best character brunch on property. Excellent food, atmosphere, character interaction, and Bloody Mary!

Snacks, cheeseburger rolls from the carts outside Adventureland at MK, Dole Whips, BIG ice cream sundaes at MK at the ice cream place opposite Casey's, anything offered at AK, Starbucks coffees, festival foods at Epcot is where we usually go nuts. Beef Wellington for late breakfast at 11 a.m. when the cart opens for FARTS? Yes, please! Rainbow cake with freeze dried Skittles? Sure! Fruishi? Sure, I'll try it.

QS -- seriously, everything at the Mara at Jambo was GOOD and plentiful. The breakfast platters at all the resorts are hearty, and we really liked the SS Artist's Palette one there. The chicken sandwich at Primo Piatto is delicious, as is their burger and vegetarian skewers. Satuuli Canteen has wonderful salads and food. Docking Bay ronto wraps are great.
