Does anyone know when the free dining plan starts?

Unless something has changed while I was out today, there is no Free Dining available to the general public at this time. We have a Codes and Rates Board located within our Disney Resorts Board where you can watch to see if it is eventually offered.

Lol, those 80 pages are a good way to burn time waiting for the Free Dining plan to arrive.

Though most posts can be summed up as:
