We are doing the land/sea package .

So we will be at the resort for 3 nights. Our dining is the 1 snack, 1 quick service and 1 table service per day. Does check-out day (day 4) also entitle us to 1 snack, 1 quick service and 1 table servie?

It's 1 snack, 1 QS and 1 TS per night of your stay, not per day. So you receive 3 snacks, 3 QS and 3 TS per person to use before midnight of your checkout day.

Pretty sure it is based on the # of nights you stay. 3 nts. = 3 days of food. However, if you have credits left over, you can use them on check out day.

Generally it works out because you only arrive in time for one meal (or 2 tops), and you generally leave before you can have more than one meal. So if you're staying for 3 nights, you'll be there for 2 full days, and two half days. The two half days will probably only add up to one day's worth of meals.
