Disney dining plan snacks?

I recently heard that they made changes to the snack portion of the dining plan. Does anyone know what exactly qualifies as a snack? Now I heard they have cereal and milk as a snack.....

there is a stinky link at the top of the DDP board on the 2008 confirmed snacks. this will morph into the 2009 as changes are confirmed, but it will give you an idea by location of the offerings
