When do the prices for the 2015 DDP plans get released? I'm trying to figure out a budget for a trip next summer in August, thanks. :thumbsup2

There is no set time for this. They were raised more than once during the year this year, so even if they release a new price now, they can raise them again. The only way to be sure is to go ahead and book as soon as you can to lock in the current price.

I really don't see where anyone is saying the price is the same for next year, and I find that hard to believe, Disney raised prices multiple times this year I am told lol. I see them saying the plan details are the same and I assume that means the credits, etc. but not the prices in my mind. Guess I'll have to keep waiting and looking. :confused3

You have the right to be a doubter if you want... but they are taking reservations, and booking people at these prices. They are not being booked as tentative pricing (as they do prior to release). I can't see them changing a price on a package after its been properly booked, and deposit placed.

If food prices went up, then congrats, the plans are a slightly better deal next year. They would never drop prices, but this might be way for them to bring the plan prices in line with the restaurant prices.

Even when they upped the DP last year, it was only for new bookings or people that mad changes. If someone booked the less expensive price they were locked into it.

OP, since you're trying to figure out a budget, I think I'd plan a trip at Disney's site and get a price as if you were ready to book today. Then, if you're not ready to book, add about 5% to that price. The DDP isn't the only thing that could increase between now and next August. Ticket prices and room rates could go up at any time as well. The 5% should cover any increases between now and the time you book.
