Disney Dining package

Does anyone know anything about the Disney Dining packages at Disneyland? What do they include and are they worth it? Thanks.

Good way to pre-pay for things. But the savings is questionable, as you get vouchers worth dollar amounts, and you don't get change if you buy under the amount of the voucher. And if you buy more than the cost of the voucher, you have to pay out of pocket. Nothing like WDW's dining plan!

We never get one. The dining at DL isn't as exciting as that at WDW. We tend to eat breakfast (free) at our hotel and then have a meal at the parks, and often one outside of the parks--depending on when they close.

I don't think it's usually cost-effective.
