Have been an AP/DDE holder for the past few years. Called WDW and was told I could obviously activate my AP voucher at any quest relations location.

Also, I was told I can aat the same time/location purchase my new DDE card. It would be permanent(similar to an AP) and ready to go. Is this accurate information?

We have always found the DDE card a great deal and want to use it our first day of our next trip. Thanks

Yes that's correct. We got ours back in December at the back gate (international gateway) of Epcot. My parents just go there at the back gate 2 weeks ago.
