Disney Dining Experience Question

When I purchased the Disney Dining Experience card last year, I received two cards. I noticed that there is a $25 charge for a second membership for spouse. Does this mean that only the primary member will receive a card?

Yes you have to puchase a second card (for $25) or else all you get is a single card to be used by the primary card holder.

Our card is in my wife's name and I am unable to use it without her being present.
