Sorry if this is a dumb question . . . how do we use these templates? I've seen others before, too, but never knew how to use them.

You just use the magic wand/lasso tool and delete the "white area", your picture is in the box and you get the text in your picture.

Can't get to those Wall-E papers and elements as they are password protected and she doesn't give the password for her files, unless I missed that somewhere. I really wanted to download these as my kids are having a Wall-E birthday party in September.

The password is getbent. It is right under the download box on her 4shared site. I had to look around for it, too!
