Disney Destinations, LLC ????

I received a post card in the mail from Disney Destinations, LLC with a discount waiting for me with a link: visit.disneyparks.com/lastname_number_number
and the link does not work. I called Disney and they told me Disney Destinations LLC is a travel agency and they are not connected to them. I cannot locate a phone number for Disney Destinations, LLC at all.

Does anyone know anything about these discount post cards and/or Disney Destinations, LLC?

I received one earlier this year. I just called Disney reservations and told them I had a discount code. They asked for my name, address,etc. and then for the code. I would call back and talk to someone else.

I don't think that it is just a travel agency. We got married at WDW and I'm almost certain that was the same company we had to make the check out to.

Edit: I found this thread - according to this person, it looks like it's a combination of the Travel Company, Central Reservations, and the Selling Division.

That is the same company that sent my pin code email last week.
