Disney Dest emails, but not pins

I used to get pin code emails every couple of months, but recently all of the emails that I've gotten from Disney Destinations have been things like "Explore your resort with these photos that we've selected just for you!". But there are no pin codes on the emails, just basic marketing ads. I recently booked our 2012 room only reservation at WL, so I'm wondering if that is keeping the pins away. Anybody else getting these teaser emails? Gets my hopes up, then bums me out when I read them.

Me too! These teasers are really starting to tick me off. I see 'Disney Destinations' in my inbox, and my heart starts to flutter. Then... Wham! 'Thank you for your interest int he Pop Century.'

Please please please send me a free dining PIN for late November! I've been a good girl all year (well kinda).

Our pins seemed to have dried up to. I corrected my email address from my husbands to mine and I thought that triggered it. The last one I got was in January, and before that I was getting them all the time. Our next trip is booked and Disney onsite only ended up earning 4 of our 15 nights. We start the trip in a 1BR AKV with 35% off AP discount, then two nights at Universal RPR, then 9 nights at Wyndham Bonnet Creek in a two bedroom. We are a family of 5 and the choices we had for the remainder of our trip do not seem to be worth the money they want us to spend. Oh well, we are giving Universal a chance, and we stayed offsite over Easter, and did fine, so Bonnet Creek here we come. We always rent a car so that is moot, and we have AP's so parking is still free. The way things are going Hawaii seems more, and more affordable, and it wins hands down over Disney for experience in my eyes. (and no I don't mean Disney Hawaii)

I get them weekly it seems; it's the pit of disappointment!

Both this week and last I saved trips and updated my 'profile'.

And I called two nights ago to check for any codes attached to my name......and nothing! The CM did check thoroughly for specials etc. for the time periods we are looking for but again, nothing.

I am desperately hoping Room Only promotions come out in mid-August or we do not go to Disney and it's been 4 years!

Please send me a pin Disney!!!

I have gotten the same emails!! I have never gotten a pin..my father did when I booked a vacation for my parents to come with me and my son. But not me! I get so excited when i see the email and them WOMP WOMP

I used to get a Disney Destination email every month, but then even that stopped about six months ago... I've only gotten two in that time period. Disney doesn't even want to SPAM me anymore!

Save a quote from a resort you NEVER stay at... in fact, try two or three.

Yeah, I'm getting them too. The last one even had a three digit code like some of the PIN emails but it was just an advertisement for the current general public offers which don't extend to our travel dates. I save a bunch of November trip options and what do I get? Spam for a general public offer that expires in Sept!
