DIsney Desk @ Dolphin and Remaining Days on PHP Question

Can the Disney Desk at Dolphin read my old Park Hopper Plus tickets to verify the days and plusses remaining?

I don't know about the Swan/Dolphin, but I went to the Disney desk at one of the hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd., and was quite rudely told that if the pass didn't have your name on it, they couldn't check it. And I know this was a Disney cast member because they had the Disney name badge, whereas everyone else at the hotel had a hotel name badge.

It never hurts to ask, and if they can't do it, you're REALLY close to a guest services window at Epcot.

yes, they checked mine at the dolphin.and were very pleasant also...have fun!!!!
