WOw! That was pretty impressive! Thanks for the link - they did a round up of NY celebrations from around the world on our news and showed TS but didn't show the ball drop! Looks like a pretty good party too!MinnieMouseMom said:Clare, here's a video of the ball drop from last night.

I kindly suggested that I start working on the Disney tree. He got the box out, and I have put six ornaments back in their boxes.
I also get to refresh my screen after every six I put away from now on.![]()

I'm about 1.5 - 2 hrs. from Baltimore, depending on the time of day. Where are you going? Is this when you are doing your hospital visiting?tink2020 said:Ok, so now that I'm leaving tomorrow![]()

The only thing I know about in Baltimore is the Inner Harbor area and the Baltimore Aquarium. You are about 30-45 minutes from DC, and pretty close to Annopolis too, I believe. Other than tourist-y kinda things, I can't help you.tink2020 said:Yeah. The way our trip is working out this time, we'll actually be in Baltimore for several days. We get in on Friday night (from the other cities) and his interview isn't until Tuesday! I've been online today looking for stuff to do. Any suggestions? It really seems like there are a lot of areas to just go and walk around. I don't think we'll do any tours, etc (ie historical tours). We really want to get a feel for living there more than touring there.
jennifer - I would definately consider taking a side trip to DC or Gettysburgtink2020 said:Yeah. The way our trip is working out this time, we'll actually be in Baltimore for several days.
