Quick update: all is well. storms have moved through. Lost a big tree branch that tore a huge hole in the kid's swing set (the colored fabric fort part). Other than that,we're fine.

Thanks for checking in! We had some horrible winds last year (2 years ago?) that knocked down my sister's playhouse, messed up the yard etc.... I'm so glad you're safe and the playset is replaceable! But still pass on hugs to the kids... that's hard to deal with sometimes! (Until/unless a better toy comes along... )

Has anyone else been having trouble with the server being "too busy" the past few days? It's really getting annoying.

I checked out cruisecritic and there is a ton of information to wade through. It will take me days to look through that site. Personally I would love to do a Disney cruise, but my Dad really wants to do something less kiddie. He says our big family vacations always revolve around the kids (duh) I've told him that things won't be changing in that department for at least 15 years and I could have grandkids by then. I thought a non Disney cruise followed by WDW would be a nice compromise. Besides if I buy into DVC I'll have some points to use

Yes, it's like a disboard for cruisers. I think the cruising for families forum would suit your needs best at first.

Looks like I'll be saving 2000 for tomorrow. I did manage to get my exercise in tonight. I just need to get back on a schedule. Last night 2 out of 3 boys woke up, Colby twice and Nick 3 times. It was a short night, but dh ended up taking the day off and I got to sleep all morning. That's why I love the guy.

we give cards and the CMs always seem happy to get them

But remember - if you really have a true Belle moment - out of the way awesome and amazing once in a lifetime moment - write a letter to disney - this info is looked at when they talk about promotions, reviews raises, etc

Okay does anybody else know the movie titled "Elmo Saves Christmas?" In the movie Elmo has a wish and he asks for Christmas to be everyday...

Well, this is what the loving nature of this thread has been to me. Christmas everyday... This week I got two more boxes with ornaments. Lovely ornaments from our Queen Kate and lovely ornaments from Amy and Kevin.

Thank you seems like such a small bit of gratitude, but it's all I've got. So thank you... I will think of all of the special DDAs when I put my tree up next year. For right now, I am cherishing each ornament as I pack them away.

My kids love that movie. You are too sweet to think of us that way! And the feeling is very mutual.
