Did I mention to anyone that I am LEAVING for WDW in 5 DAYS!!!!!!

Have a great trip. We are doing the girls only trip in December. I can't wait!! Have fun!! :flower:

I found the Disney print font and downloaded it from www.momscorner4kids.com. But this is not the Disney font I was looking for. Can someone tell me where I can download a different font? I wish I could explain what I want, you guys have been using it. Help!!! :flower:

Did you download the Disney Simple font or the Walt Disney Font??

Becky

I am watching Grey's Anatomy right now but switching over to watch the Eagles. EMHE was just great. I cry every week. Desparate Housewives was hysterical. Makes me want MORE :rotfl:

After watching the Apprentice on Thursday, and after last week, Steffy and I just want to know what are they going to do to make it last since the Donald had fired four?
And when Marcus was finally fired, did you find yourself looking at the TV and turning your head side to side like a dog does when you talk to it and you know it is trying to understand what you are saying? :confused3

Karebear1 - I am also leaving in 6 days and I finished my last T-shirt today (31 transfers and 7 tie dyes) and did the majority of the packing for the 4 of us. I wanted to be completely done by tonight, but DH wanted to go out for pizza and who am I to say no? I plan to finish tomorrow after work.

I need to pull up one of my packing lists and see what I have forgotten. It has gotten to the point where it sems that we pack an extra bag of just food, supplies, an extra bag for souveniers for the way home, etc. I am not sure if I can pack it all in 2 bags, or if it will take 3. I hope 2. Then I need to start packing the bookbag.

Enjoy your TV tonight gals, I don't tend to watch anything on Sunday. Right now I am the only one awake in my house, and it is so quiet. I absolutely love it. Just need to grab a soda and start printing off my TGM lists.

It' s too quiet for me tonight. I guess I'll turn in.

I did not realize catergory 7 was a 2 parter and the conclusion is not til next Sun. :confused3

Karebear1 and disneyeveryyear: Hope you both have fabulous trips!!!!!!! I'm headed to Michaels tomorrow for more white t-shirts. Got to get a color print cartridge too. And I need to wash the shirts. I think I'm almost ready to start printing and ironing! Still have to figure out what to iron them on (my counters are not formica).

At first I thought you said you had to figure out what you are ironing them with :rotfl2: and I was like duh an iron is normally what you iron with. Until I reread it.

Scrap Piece of wood, a cutting board, concrete outside, what about maybe putting paper down over top of an ironing board, cardboard in the middle, but it might burn, not sure what you have their, good luck :confused3

I don't know if we mentioned it or not - while we were in WDW (10/15-10/24) we saw them filming for Home Makeover... you know ... the show where Ty destroys then builds your house. They were in the garden to the left of the castle (the castle was the backdrop) and were watching a lap top. We saw what appears to be a mom and dad and some kids and the episode should air in Nov/Dec. I always wondered about when they taped those parts - know I know!

That's pretty cool - they were taping parts of the planning DVD when we were there - I am assuming this is what it was - Dave the relaxer adn Luke the thrill ride guy were there - Julia ran up and told them - you're in my video!!! :rotfl: They must have thought I was a nut - especially when she told him she watched it almost every day!!!

I see Mickey, Minnie, Jack, Goofy, Stitch... but who is on the first (left) vest and the second to last vest?

I ironed my shirts on top of my dryer. I'm only 5' 2" so I stood on a step stool to make sure I could apply enough pressure, but my shirts came out great!

Denise,

I used my stovetop. I have a flat top electric stove, and I figured it was used to the heat.

Here are a couple of tips:

1. do not overuse the parchment paper that comes with the dark transfer paper. Today I did and it scorched my design.

2. Use 100% cotton for the cloth underneath. I used old pillowcases that belonged to my great-grandmother. However, don't use anything that you cherish, but it will scorch your fabric like it did Kate's table. If I didn't have any old 100% cotton pillowcases, I would go to Wal-Mart or Hobby Lobby and buy some muslin.

3. The dark transfer paper looks great on a white shirt (if you are able to cut along the edge). It seems to really give a much nicer coverage than the light paper.

4. Wipe your iron down when you are finished, sometimes it seems to get a little residue and sticks a little when going back to your regular clothes.

Good luck!

I think the first one is Pete from some of the Goofy type things and the other one is Donald Duck, although I could be wrong.

This is just too cute for words!

I am so jealous of everyone going for Christmas. We were there last year and had a wonderful time.
