I also think that any 11 year old boy willing to go help his grandma instead of trick or treating can't have that big of an attitude!!!

Ditto! That impresses me!!

They look great!! I want the pumpkin light covers!

They are just plastic Pumpkin faces that I tied on to the lights.

Thanks! I usually decorate over Thanksgiving weekend, but I'm going to do the inside of the house (it takes me a few days I have so much Christmas stuff) that I'll probably start next week. We'll do the outside after we get back. We're worried that people would notice the lights etc not on and realize we weren't home.

That's what we're going to do too. We leave on the 2nd

Well, until Bear74 gets her Jojo's pics up, will mine do? If I was a little more ambitious, I would have gone along as Goliath. Maybe next year! :)

As for where to purchase printer ink your best bet is probably somewhere online even if you buy a generic type for your printer. Certain printer brands it is much harder to find genric ink for than others.

What I suggest you do is find out what type of cartridge you need for your printer and enter this number or letter combo into google's search engine window. If you don't know what this number or letter combo is you can go to amazon.com and type in your printer type. It should pop up with printer ink as a choice to purchase, it should have a number or letter or combo of both. Cut and paste this information into google's search engine and go through a few different sites to pick out the lowest priced ink.

Becky

Thanks for the tips.

Me too! He deserves all the candy for that attitude. You've done a great job parenting to have those results.

Thanks, everyone for the nice comments about my house. We decorate for every holiday. At Easter I hang about 100 or more Easter Eggs from the large Crepe Myrtle tree in front of the house. It's so much fun!

LOL, I didn't realize until I looked at the pictures later that he was barefoot. I was rushing him out the door to get some pictures and we had not put his shoes on yet. I'm sure it's painfully obvious, but I made his costume and there was a lot of blood, sweat and tears put into it. OK, no tears but a little bit of blood and a whole lot of sweat. I sew home decor but not clothes  . Anyway I was rushing to get a picture of him before the costume fell apart since he had already worn it to MNSSHP! We did put shoes on him before we went trick or treating, and it was pretty warm when we took the picture

Like I said before, I love the shades. They totally "make" the costume. Off the top of my head I don't remember what Buzz's shades/goggles look like, but I'm sure they're not cooler than those!

Here are the official Buzz goggles, but at $9.99 plus S&H, I figured, the ones I had would be fine. http://disneyshopping.go.com/DSSect...14418&Product_Id=140460&Searchstr=buzz&Page=3

I thought his costume looked great. Most years I make the costumes, but I had previously looked at the Buzz Lightyear pattern and knew it wasn't going to happen. I was able to buy the costume including s&h for less than $20.00 off of E-bay last month, so I decided to let her do it.

House looked great Denise. One question though, not a speck of disney decorations? Whats up with that.

:wave2: Thought I'd share my Halloween kids and shirts :)
DD was Aurora, which meant DS had to be Prince Phillip! ("Heir to the Throne" costume from WalMart, but to him, it was Prince Phillip, and that's all that mattered!)

Halloween tie-dye is a different colored variation on my shirts from a couple years ago :)

Birthday bus party ! How cool is that! I love it!

I also love the idea! Something different and they come to your house, it couldn't be easier. Do you think he would come 200 miles down I-55?

Thanks for the kudos. He is really a good kid, and he came up with the idea of helping grandma. We didn't even have to ask him.

However, this pre-teen attitude gets a little old some days.

I finally got them both to bed, yeah, some quiet time on the DIS and TGM for mom!

I was surprised he didn't charge extra to come to me...he's out past Worth...I'm near O'Hare. Fine print said something about a 10% charge past 15 miles.

Sorry to interrupt all the picture sharing. Everyone looks just so great in their Halloween costumes. But, I finally got back to doing a design and thought I would share my latest creation done for TanaL for her upcoming Thanksgiving cruise.

Night all. Tomorrow's my long day with teaching pre-school, then DD ballet, and then church dinner and I teach 4 year old choir afterwards. See ya tomorrow night before Martha Apprentice and Invasion!
