To everyone who has posted on this thread. Whether your child has Asthma, CP, Cancer or any other challenge, having the support and love from everyone

means so very much. My oldest son who is now 33 and was just in the hospital for his second Asthma attack this year. When they wanted to put him on a ventilator, I almost came unglued. I knew he would be ok, but at that moment, nothing else mattered but being with him. Macntosh, Triplfigs and anyone else that I know I will miss in mentioning, my love and thoughts go to you. I know the stares and how they can be so frustrating. When Howie would really get to coughing and sound like he was ready to throw-up, you could see people wanting to get away from him

you would not want to see it, but you feel yourself wishing they could spend just ten minutes in your child's shoes to understand his feelings and how scared he was at that moment.
