Oh, no. I reported on a QUESTION that was asked by a member during the condo meeting. A question which DVC execs quickly dismissed.

I believe what he meant was that if Disney is using their profits, and NOT dues to pay down the debt, then there is nothing wrong with that (in essence agreeing with you).
