Hey All! Grumpus and I just got home from our 7 day adventure at Disney World on the 12th! We stayed at Pop Century and were on the Regular Dining Plan! I don't have any pictures- But I figured we would do a quick run down of what we had!

Day 1:

Lunch: Caseys
I had the Corn Dog Nuggets and French Fries with a Bottle of Water, and Grumpus had the Chili Cheese Dog with Fries and a Coke. Caseys would not allow me to switch my dessert for a bottle of water! I was starving and not in the mood to fight with them, so I just let it slide. I am 6 months post op VSG and I don't really do a lot of desserts. This meal is always one of our favorites- it's always hot, delicious and simple. You really can't go wrong here!

Dinner: Ohana
I have been to Ohana 4x in the last two years, and this was BY far the best visit! Our server was amazing! The food was super hot and fresh, we ended up with the salad and not the lettuce wraps. I would have much preferred the wraps. The only downfall to this meal was the rare steak, it was extremely rare, but they brought us more out on the next go around and it was perfectly medium! Again- the food was absolutely amazing!

Day 2:
Lunch: Sunshine Seasons
We went to Sunshine Seasons as an early lunch prior to our Soarin FP+. I had the Salmon and Green Beans with a water, and a couple bites of the Strawberry Shortcake Dessert. The salmon portion was huge and delicious! It was probably the best salmon I have ever had on property. It was THAT good! Grumpus had the half rotisserie Chicken, with double rice. He really enjoyed this, and said it was extremely flavorful. He agreed that this was one of the best quick service meals we had on the trip! It wasn't packed at all the day we went, and there is always plenty of seating.

Dinner: Via Napoli
Another Standout Server! She was amazing, however she leaves to go back to Italy in December! We spent a good hour just talking with her. I ordered the personal pepperoni pizza and grumpus ordered the personal size cheese pizza. You really cannot go wrong with Via Napoli. The pizza is some of the best I have ever had, and I couldn't imagine planning a trip without this ADR.

More to come! :)

Great reviews! We have ADRs for Ohana and Via Napoli for our Dec. trip and so glad to hear you enjoyed both. Sunshine Seasons is one of our favorites too. Thanks. :flower:

Day 3:

Day 3 was our Hollywood Studios Day! We had a blast! We had 3 standard meals and a ton of Drinks/Snacks this day!

Breakfast: We ate at everything POP! We both had the Junior Kids POP Waffle meal. We paid out of pocket for this meal and it was a great value! The Junior meal comes with a TON of food, and it's cheap. A win win if you are paying out of pocket. And what on earth do they put in those waffles to make them so YUMMY! I could eat them every single day!

Lunch: We had a lunch reservation at Sci-Fi which we also paid for out of pocket. Grumpus had the Sci-Fi Burger, and I had the Kids Grilled Chicken Meal. Neither of us were impressed and our server was HORRIBLE. We waited over 35 minutes for the check, after she had cleared out plates. The grilled chicken was great, but the sides were blah. I think they were mashed potato's and green beans. Grumpus thought the burger was bland and lacked flavor. The fries were these hot, fresh, steak fries and we both agreed that was the best part of the meal!

Dinner: We had dinner at the ESPN club. DBF's dad drove up from Tampa and treated us to dinner. We had 2 pitchers of Blue Moon, the pulled pork nachos which were to die for. I had the PB&J Burger, which I was super skeptical about, but it was the best burger I have ever had. Grumpus had the BLT Club, which tasted pre-made and refrigerated. We had a great time here and service was great. I would highly recommend it and would go back in a heart beat. Don't let the PB&J burger scare you away- it was amazing!

Day 4:

On our 4th day, we found ourselves back at the Magic Kingdom! We had such a great day! We had a late morning/early afternoon lunch reservation at Be Our Guest. I had previously had lunch here and I was extremely impressed with the entire meal, it was my Grumpus's first time. I had pre-ordered our food, and we were on the DDP so our check in was a breeze and we had our food within minutes! For Lunch I had the Croque Monsieur, and French fries which is what I had the last time I had dined there. I am a sucker for anything that resembles a ham and cheese sandwich. I loved it the first time, but this second time I was incredibly underwhelmed. The cheese was not melted and the Ham was cold. It was almost like a cold cut sandwich. I don't eat a lot anyways, so I didn't fuss about it. But pre-surgery Disney darling would have been not so darling! For dessert I had the strawberry cupcake, which was awesome as usual!
Grumpus had the Roast Beef Sandwich and the French Fries. He really liked it, I took a bite and it was not bad. He had the masters cupcake for dessert. So my second lunch visit at BOG was definitely a miss. However, I will say you cannot beat eating in the beautiful beast's castle!

For dinner, we headed to the GF for a buffet at 1900 Park Fare! I almost cancelled this reservation 100 times and I am SO glad I didn't. Buffets are a waste of money for me because I don't eat a lot, but on the DDP i'm going to be using that credit anyways so I don't mind as much. We had SO much fun! This was by far the best character interaction that I have ever had. Grumpus was literally teased and taunted throughout the entire restaurant because he hadn't proposed yet! :) The food honestly was great, I had no complaints. They had a lot of fun fresh summer salads, that I mainly ate, but they had an awesome Mexican inspired Salmon that was top notch. Neither of us were impressed by their dessert selection, but we weren't really hungry! We went back to the MK and had dole whips! Also, for the adults out there 1900 park fare has a full bar menu! :)
