Hey All! Grumpus and I just got home from our 7 day adventure at Disney World on the 12th! We stayed at Pop Century and were on the Regular Dining Plan! I don't have any pictures- But I figured we would do a quick run down of what we had!
Day 1:
Lunch: Caseys
I had the Corn Dog Nuggets and French Fries with a Bottle of Water, and Grumpus had the Chili Cheese Dog with Fries and a Coke. Caseys would not allow me to switch my dessert for a bottle of water! I was starving and not in the mood to fight with them, so I just let it slide. I am 6 months post op VSG and I don't really do a lot of desserts. This meal is always one of our favorites- it's always hot, delicious and simple. You really can't go wrong here!
Dinner: Ohana
I have been to Ohana 4x in the last two years, and this was BY far the best visit! Our server was amazing! The food was super hot and fresh, we ended up with the salad and not the lettuce wraps. I would have much preferred the wraps. The only downfall to this meal was the rare steak, it was extremely rare, but they brought us more out on the next go around and it was perfectly medium! Again- the food was absolutely amazing!
Day 2:
Lunch: Sunshine Seasons
We went to Sunshine Seasons as an early lunch prior to our Soarin FP+. I had the Salmon and Green Beans with a water, and a couple bites of the Strawberry Shortcake Dessert. The salmon portion was huge and delicious! It was probably the best salmon I have ever had on property. It was THAT good! Grumpus had the half rotisserie Chicken, with double rice. He really enjoyed this, and said it was extremely flavorful. He agreed that this was one of the best quick service meals we had on the trip! It wasn't packed at all the day we went, and there is always plenty of seating.
Dinner: Via Napoli
Another Standout Server! She was amazing, however she leaves to go back to Italy in December! We spent a good hour just talking with her. I ordered the personal pepperoni pizza and grumpus ordered the personal size cheese pizza. You really cannot go wrong with Via Napoli. The pizza is some of the best I have ever had, and I couldn't imagine planning a trip without this ADR.
More to come!
