Disney Dancing workshop experience anyone?

My DD will be participating with her dance company in one of the Disney dancing’ workshops on June 30. Disney will not give out the schedule until 90 days out but I would like to make ADRs. Does anyone know how late these workshops run? Can I make a dinner reservation that night?
Any other feedback on this experience would be great. It is so hard to find information about this program other than what Disney puts out. TIA
