MY girls and I are going on our first Disney cruise . We planned ahead and already paid for it . The day after we paid in full they lowered the price by 600.00 and they will not lower our price unless we cancel and rebook. If we do that it costs 400.00 to cancel. We are very disappointed with Disney! We are Disney junkies and for the past 20 years have gone to the parks at twice a year. We expect better service from Disney if we ever have a problem at the parks we are taken care of. Very disappointed with guest services already for Disney cruises.
