Just wondering is it me or my computer, but does anyone have issues trying to log in to Castaway Club. I wanted to change my excursions and it just kinda sits out there and never gets to my reservation. I tried explorer and chrome.

I have been having trouble for the last few weeks when signing into Castaway club or pulling up my reservations. Just takes foorrreevver!

I had problems last night when I went in to look at excursions and make an edit to the credit card I had put on file for my cruise.

I found one must have the patience of a saint to do anything on the DCL site.

Don't go through the Castaway Club site. Just go under "My Reservations" after signing in to DCL and pull it up that way. It might be quicker.

I gave up probably two years ago trying to log onto the Castaway Club site. If I have a reservation, I just do what the PP said and go through "My Reservations".

No problems for me either, yesterday or today & a few times in the last couple of weeks. I'm on a MAC & use Safari, if it makes any difference.

I've only had to wait a couple seconds all but a couple of times I've been on in the last few weeks. I think it makes a difference with how busy the site is.
