Disney Cruise Website special offers not working?

Is anyone else having issues? I only have one computer so can't check others.
I'm trying to see the offer for 50% off deposit sailings and getting an error message.

The website has been glitchy for me lately. I usually browse using Chrome but get a lot of errors from DCL, however IE works. So you might try a different browser.

Here’s the basic info:
Book a magical Disney voyage by February 15, 2019 and pay only half of your required deposit on the day you make your reservation.

This offer is valid on any new reservation for a 4-night or longer Disney cruise departing between June 22, 2019 and May 30, 2020. Remaining balance due at time of final payment.
