Please help me!

This is the first time I'm going to use the transfer disney to Port Canaveral.
I'll be staying at Grand Floridian Resort.
What time does the transfer pick me up at the hotel?
I would like to book Disney Princess Tea Party on my last day of the hotel and the only available time is 9AM... Would I have enough time to attend the tea party and transfer to the port?

You will receive a letter in your room the night before your departure to the port that will advise you of the pick-up time. (As I understand it.)

I think the pick-ups usually start 10/10:30. To me that would be cutting it too close if you mean 9am on your cruise embarkation day. Have you looked into the tea onboard the ship?

To add to this.... I know that they start the pick ups at 10/10:30 and most of the time if not all of the time Grand Floridian is one of the first pick up locations....

Thanks for the clarification. I will be doing WDW-PC transfers for the first time in Feb (from Boardwalk Inn) so only know what the consensus has been on here.

Depending on how large your party is you might just want to look into a private company limo to get you to the port. That way you can scheduled your time better and might even be cheaper for you. The downside is you have to handle your own luggage vs Disney handling it all for you.

We have taken DCL transfers from WDW several times and it was always at around 11:30-12-ish. The first time we had pickup from GF, I first booked breakfast for 9:30 am at the GF Cafe, then decided to move it earlier since I figured I had to be up earlier anyway to get my luggage ready for 8 am pickup. Glad I did. Our pickup was 10:30 and at 10:30 sharp we were boarding the bus. Maybe I could have made it with a 9:30 breakfast, but I don't like to rush and they wanted us there at least 15 minutes prior to boarding.

You won’t know what time your pickup is until the day before.

I personally think that would be pretty stressful. If you really want to do a morning tea like that, just book private transfers.

I read your post and decided to move my breakfast up earlier. I am staying at the Poly and assume the pick up time might be close to the GF's since they neighbor each other.

When we stayed at the GF, the next stop to pick up ship passengers was the Poly.

While, logically, that makes sense, it doesn't always happen that way. Buses are filled (via computer program) by how many, from what resort in the best way to totally fill a bus before it heads out. It's quite likely that a bus from the GF might fill the bus 2/3 full and the number of people at the Poly exceeds the remaining number of seats. So a different bus would be sent to the Poly.

You might get picked up early or you might not. I can't say for sure that they routinely do GF/Poly earlier than other locations. It's just that I now consider that particular pick-up to be a heads-up to myself not to assume a noon-ish time and if it will be early I'd rather be comfortable than scrambling to meet the pick-up time. Worst case - if it turns out that your pick-up is closer to noon, you'll have breakfast over and done with and you can relax afterwards in your room or in a lounge and leisurely make your way down to the meeting place. You'll need to be ready for 8 am anyway for luggage pick-up (that time has never varied in 8 pickups in both WDW and Europe) so you might as well eat once you're up and packed. Plus you'll be ready for lunch when you board!

Thanks for your response. I planned to have my luggage ready by 8am for pick-up and then go out to breakfast. I wanted to have a relaxing morning before the DCL bus pick-up. Moving breakfast up allows free time in the morning no matter the DCL bus pick-up time or order of resort pick-ups.
