Hi Michelle! I was just looking at the groups and if you combine the nonfilled ones, you could put the Eastern group in with the Misc. group. I would then not do Palo and do Castaway Cay in that group. Then there would be 6 in that group. Just an option! Since I'm in both, I don't mind giving up one of the groups and instead combine them! Also, the general cruise group with only 2 could each join the first 2 general groups for a total of 6! Groups actually worked out well! I was just counting how many I would need to make for each group! Looks great!! Kind of sad that the others who showed interest didn't sign up but good for me because I didn't have to sign up for any more groups (whew!)!!

Just waiting to get the go-ahead from you! Thanks for putting together!
P.S. Did I tell you that the Magic is here with me in CA! We got off the Magic on May 10th when it came here and then it came here on Sunday! Boy, am I excited to get my cruise albums finished (and started...haha)!!

Alright ladies, it looks like it's just us! As Faith&Hope said I will combine some groups. Please let me know if combining is OK with you. I can combine Group A2 (general) with the other general groups to make them groups of 6.
Doing that would make the groups look like this:

Group A (general)
1. 4ltltinks
2. Michellepooh - Castaway Cay
3. Faith&Hope - DCL general
4. Diana Lyn - the terminal
5. Sharond150 - sailaway party
6. tinkryansmom - kids clubs

Group A1 (general)
1. Faith&Hope - stateroom
2. Diana Lyn - Mickey pool
3. Nemomom07 - general DCL
4. mandap - room service
5. Michellepooh - towel animals
6. Mickey's friend - DCL general


That will give us 2 DCL generals for group A1. I'm fine with that because I always have tons of random pictures from my cruises. If that's not OK, just let me know.


Also, I was going to combine the two color groups (E) to give us one group of 6. Any objections?

If you have any problems with these group combinations, please let me know. I want to make this a swap where you are getting back things you can use to make your DCL books come together more easily.

I will be posting a progress thread later for everyone to check in as you work on your elements.

Also, I will be leaving on Friday for WDW/DCL and will not be back until June 7, so if you have any questions, ask away!

Combining is fine with me. I already started and went ahead and did 6 for the groups.

Is there any way that we can combine groups D & F? To come up with a design for a group of 3 or 4 is kind of not practical. Like I was saying before, instead of making 2 designs (one for each group of 3 or 4), I would make just one if the groups could be combined. I don't think anyone else is in both groups. What does everyone else think in these groups? I put a lot of time into the designs (more than making the actual items) and think we would be happier getting 6 things back instead of only 3! Or at least I would be happier with more items!!

I have no problem with combining D&F. The only issue would be for people who have never done an Eastern Cruise wouldn't have use for the St. Martin items. I'll go with whatever the majority wants.

So what do you think ladies? If you can give us your opinion, Michelle can finalize the groups and woo hoo , we can get to work! Those of you in groups D & F..can you use something from St. Martin? I started one of my sets last night....I'm so excited! The truth is, I can't get scrapbooking done (and I have a whole new addition as a scrapbook room) with the 2 kids and I'm a single mom during the week. So...I use swaps as an excuse to make myself work after they're in bed!!

Any thoughts from the ladies in Groups D & F? I just don't want anyone to get stuck with pieces they can't use.

Just double-checking.....Group G is the only completed page group, corect? I was getting ready to plan for my "H" group and was debating between the "it diesn't SAY completed page" versus "but it's after G and maybe all groups AFTER "G" are completed page" scenarios!!!!

Since I haven't heard any objections to combining groups, I will go ahead and do that now. I will then work on a progress thread.

Just went to combine the groups and realized 4ltltinks was in both D & F, so that wouldn't work. Ooops! Sorry for not noticing that. So what I did was just add myself to a spot in Group D to at least make that a group of 4. Unless anyone can think of a better way of combining groups, I guess we will just have to leave it as it is.

As I had said, I am leaving tomorrow morning (Friday) for WDW/DCL and won't be back until June 7th, so if you ladies think of a better way to work things out, just "talk among yourselves" until I get back!

Have a GREAT time Michelle! We got off the Magic a month ago and I am trying to figure out how to get on another cruise before next year! I can't imagine doing a 3 or 4 day cruise....it would go by so fast! We've only done 7 day cruises....we are spoiled (but not spoiled enough to do the 15 day cruises)! Relax and have a good time!

Hi there! I just got back from Disney last night...here are my thoughts on combining groups D and F...

I am fine with combining the two groups...I'll just do the "pirate party" theme which will cover both group topics. It's easier for me to think of one idea and make more of them rather than two ideas anyway.

Forgot something...I was hoping to do DCL general as my topic for the DCL general group I am in...I thought when I signed up that the whole group would be doing that, so I didn't think I needed a specific topic for that one. Sorry!

Ladies in my group...Please let me know if that's OK...I can do something else if you would rather not have 2 sets of general stuff.

If groups are being combined, can you update the 1st post so I we know how many are in each of the new groups. I had cut out all my stuff for the "old" groups and thought I was done. I certainly don't mind making more and getting a wider variety back but I will need to order more paper and need to know how large the groups will be and if any more will be combined.
